The Star Trace Power Saving Ball Mill is a high-efficiency grinding device designed for the fine grinding of various ores and materials. Purpose & Scope:The Power Saving Ball Mill is essential equipment for secondary grinding after the crushing process. It is used to grind materials into fine powders, making it ideal for preparing materials in various industrial sectors such as:

Working Principle:The Power Saving Ball Mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device with an outer gear transmission and two grinding chambers.
Material Loading: The material is fed evenly through the feed device into the hollow shaft and then into the first chamber of the mill.
First Chamber: Fitted with ladder-type or corrugated liners and loaded with steel balls of varying sizes. As the cylinder rotates, centrifugal force lifts the balls, which then fall back, crushing the material by impact and grinding action.
Second Chamber: Coarser material passes through a single-compartment partition plate into the second chamber, which has a flat liner and finer steel balls for further grinding.
Discharge: The ground material exits through the discharge grate plate, completing the grinding process.
