 | Electromagnetic feeders provided by us are high frequency reciprocating machine capable of conveying bulk materials between various processes. These electromagnetic feeders can handle all types of material irrespective of their nature like hot, damp etc. These can be used across various processes like sprinkling, weighing, mixing etc. These are supplied with base mounted, over hanging and combined single magnet drive. These can also be availed with dual twin magnet drives and with multiple drives to be served as vibrating conveyors. The drive unit is located below the tray consisting of two sets of leaf springs connected to mounting bracket. When magnetic coil is energized it gives horizontal vibrations to the tray to en cure free, smooth, volumetric flow to the material. These can be availed in various trough sizes as per IS:8723-1978 standard. |

 | The grizzly feeder is suitable to feed primary jaw crushers, selecting the large sizes which require primary crushing, the smaller sizes, and any fines which must be eventually rejected. The grizzly vibro feeder consists of a very large vibrating body made of thick plate, with inside lining of anti-abrasive plate. The grizzly vibro feeder is driven by two or four vibrating motors. The vibro feeder (which may either be placed on a steel or concrete base) rests on springs. (Side Mounted Vibro Motor Type) Boosting throughout of primary crushers:
- A robustly constructed range of vibratory machines extending from units 0.5m wide x 2m long up to units 1.5m x 4.5m.
- The grizzly feeders are intended primarily for use ahead of primary crushers and are designed to handle large run-of-quarry stone, take the impact of dumped loads and smooth out the flow of material to the crusher.
- All models of grizzly vibro feeders have a flat reinforced impact area followed by a sloping grizzly bar section.
- The longer grizzly feeders are fitted with two stepped, grizzly bar sets. Replaceable wear sections of mild steel, manganese steel or rubber are fitted depending on the duty specified.
Construction: - Of rugged construction throughout, Grizzly Feeders are designed to handle run of quarry stone up to 1000mm lump size.
- The plain section is lined with a 12.5mm minimum thick replaceable plate in mild steel as standard, with abrasion resistant manganese steel and rubber elements as options.
Vibrators: - All machines in the Grizzly Feeder range are powered by the Invicta BL Series vibrators to give guaranteed performance for either intermittent or continuously rated duties. All vibrators are dust and weatherproof with protection to IP66. The vibrators operate from a 3 phase supply, 50 or 60 Hz up to 650 volts.

 | We offer a high quality dewatering feeder which are used in various applications. The various features of our dewatering feeder are: - 900 x 1400 mm dewatering feeder driven by two overhead mounted vibratory motors and using polyurethane drainage panels
- Head feed to mineral processing equipments often contains excessive moisture adversely affecting the performance of such equipment
- Star Trace Dewatering Feeders are designed to fulfill two basic requirements; remove the excess moisture and regulate the feed rate of the processing equipment
- Polyurethane or stainless steel wedge wire screen panels on the feeder pan allow the water to pass through, drying the solids in the feed
- The vibratory motors can either be mounted below and to the rear of the pan, or overhead. Overhead mounting allows maximum area of drainage panel
- Units range in size from 300 x 900 mm to 1200 x 2500 mm, and can be floor mounted or suspended. The feed rate can be varied by altering the out-of-balance weight settings on the vibratory motors, or by remotely controlling the speed of the motors through a frequency converter unit
- 450 x 2650 mm dewatering feeder driven by two under slung vibratory motors, and using a wedge wire drainage panel. Liners are HDPE

Hinged Steel Belt Chip Conveyor:
Hinged steel belt chip conveyor has been specifically designed keeping in mind the hazards that are normally encountered with conventional chips and shaft conveyors. The hinged steel belt is pressed in extra heavy duty sheet and perfect guiding of rollers ensures minimum friction and noise free operation. The body compact in size and occupies small space but due to extra chip space can handle large volume of chips. The continuous operation ensures least machine down time and minimum labor.

Magnetic Plan Sheet Type Conveyor:
Fine, light and sharp chips generated from gear shaves, gear hobbers, spline cutting machines, spm's, deep hole drilling machines, broaching machines, press shops and heat treatment shops. coming with large amount of coolant tend to escape with the coolant and cause damage to the pump and effects surface finish. Plain sheet magnetic conveyors attract ferrous chips from coolant and separates coolant from chips. Thus the coolant is free from chips and the conveyor acts as Magnetic filter for the coolant.
The moving permanent magnets mounted on endless chain underneath the stationery stainless steel sheet attract ferrous chips and slide them on plate to the discharge end. The coolant separated from chips flows to the coolant tank through an over flow so that even floating chips get attracted by moving magnets and get conveyed.
Star Trace magnetic plain sheet type conveyors being sleek in construction can be introduced into small cross sectional openings in machine tools. Since Conveyors are custom built, different configuration and profiles can be made to suit specific applications.

 | The demand for high quality foundry products and their cost effective production places high demands for furnace charging device in melting plants. Though much of the initial head way made in foundry automation was with the mould making process, more important is the melt shop automation. This includes remote furnace charging systems. Automation is mainly thought of as a solution to high labor cost and it certainly can increase workers productivity. However, much more important today is the effect of automation on quality. Another important advantage that automation provides in foundry environment is enhanced safety. For example automation allows foundry men to work at a safe distance from molten metal or do their jobs behind protective barriers thus reducing injuries from metal splash or furnace eruption. Also where automation exercises monitoring & control functions, it helps prevent accidents related to in-attention or judgment errors.
Today's most technologically advanced induction furnaces provide high power densities and are able to run to full power throughout the charging process. These furnace require rapid charging to keep pace with the melting power of the system. In many foundries, however, charging the furnace can be a labor-intensive. Moreover, manual operation is too slow which does not allow maximum utilization of the melting system. Charge materials are simply dumped into the furnace with wheel barrows or dropped in by hand essentially the same way as it has been done for centuries. Besides the inefficient use of time and manpower, manual charging can damage furnace lining if heavy charge materials are dropped into the furnace, thus gouging or cracking the wall or bottom refractory. |
